Description:

Summary: This trail will challenge you and push you cardiovascularly so that when it is time for you to go to preseason you will be ready for whatever is thrown at you. This will work on your endurance as well as your sprint speed.

Name/Instructions: Sprints: 100 meters x 8 (walking back to the start line is your recovery- 30 seconds)
Core: 50 Russian Twists, 25-star tucks, 15 up-downs, front plank (30 sec.-1 minute), side planks (L&R- 30 sec.- 1 minute) *rest for 15 seconds in between exercises
