Summary:

Step 1

Hi there! Welcome back!

Let's start today by jumping up to the video icon to watch an extraordinary contestant on Britain's 'Idol'.

Let us know what you thought about her voice when you've finished.

Step 2

What was the first thing that jumped in your mind about Susan when you first saw her?

Step 3

What did you think of her courage to sing despite the audience and judges who were mocking her?

Step 4

Think about the way the singer clung to her viewpoint about her ability to sing, refused to give into the mocking and wowed everyone in the process.

It's time to revisit your own strengths.

What were the 3 positive labels you wrote about in Day 3 (yesterday)?

Step 5

Describe how it felt to revisit those positive traits.

Step 6

It's vital to be able to flip what someone has said about you early in your life to the opposite and positive quality.

We believe that your positive qualities are linked to your life's destiny, which is based on your authentic - real - self.

So if you convince yourself that the critical words were true, then you rob yourself of your future. As you come to see that you already possess your positive traits, then possibilities begin opening up for you in all areas of your life, unexpected and really good things.

Do you want to know how to fight to hang on to them so you can experience those opportunities we're talking about?

Step 7

The 'Triumph' navitents are designed to get you there.

For today start your positive turnaround by repeating those 3 good qualities about yourself whenever your thoughts - any thoughts - turn critical or worried.

Start now. Repeat your positive traits in the space below. Then mull over them during the rest of your day.

Step 8

We hope you'll post to us and let us know how it went.
