Warmup: Jog/Functional Warmup
-Step-Ups (25 ES)
-Lunges on Slider (10 ES)
-Single-leg squats (12 ES)
Core(30 seconds on/30 second off): DB transfers, ball rollouts, downward dog to toe touches, russian twists
