Summary: This trail will challenge athletes as they prepare for their upcoming season. Focused on full-body strengthening and conditioning to be sustained throughout their season.
Circuit 3-4 rounds x designated reps per exercise *in between circuit rest for 2 minutes
Renegade row to shoulder press (30 sec)
Weighted knee tucks (30 sec)
half burpee to pushup (30 sec)
Up downs on an elev. surface (20R)
Step-ups (15 ES)
200 meter run
