Summary: This trail will challenge athletes as they prepare for their upcoming season. Focused on full-body strengthening and conditioning to be sustained throughout their season.
Circuit HIIT workout: 4 rounds x designated reps. Rest at the end of circuit 1 minute: 30 seconds.
Sprints (200 meters)
KB sumo squat (15)
Alt lunge forward and backward (10 ES)
Squat with slow upward (8-10)
Leg knockdowns with a partner (12)
