Circuit (4-5 rounds)
High plank knee to elbow (10 ES)
Lunge series (forward, lat, back) (8T)
Hamstring curls (sliders/swiss ball) (5-8)
Speed Skaters (10 ES)
Medicine ball throws (15 ES)
Seated squats (weighted) (15)
Squat to push press (12)
Plyo pushup (30 seconds)
Side shuffle with resis. (30 seconds)
Broad Jumps (8)
Finisher: 2 push-ups to 20-yard dash (x12)
