Summary: This trail will challenge athletes as they prepare for their upcoming season. Focused on full body strengthening and conditioning to be sustained throughout their season.

Name/Instructions: 5 rounds goal/ 20 minutes/ NO REST *Using a DB as heavy as possible that you can control safely if using lightweight try to do more rounds in the given time.

-Duckwalks with resis. band above the knee (10 EW)

-Stepback row (8)
-Curtsy to reverse lunge (6R)
