(8-10) Alt. band pullovers to superman
(12) Towel slide floor pulls to lat pull downs
(10)Tricep extensions to skull crusher
(10) In & out abs + (10) Oblique v-ups
(10) Hollow hold side to side
(12) Flutter kicks to (30- 1 minute) hold (6 inches off the floor)
