Goal: this Active Trail will create the endurance for the athlete to compete in preseason.

Summary: This trail will challenge athletes as they prepare for their upcoming season. Focused on full-body strengthening and conditioning to be sustained throughout their season.
The workout is 3-4 rounds x designated reps per exercise.
Ladder work (one foot in, two feet in, icky shuffle, lat. one foot in and out, lat single-leg hops, two-foot hop forward to backward)
Ball transfer (10 ES)
Superman back to front (8)
Banded squats (15)
Fire hydrants (15 ES)
ISO beast hold with row (30 sec)
Seated shoulder press (10)
Hip thrust (15)
Core x 2 rounds: (15) Kneeling ball slams, (40) Russian twists, (12) Dead bugs, (20) High plank shoulder taps
