Goal: this Active Trail will improve the efficacy of your cardiovascular system.


Summary: This trail will challenge you and push you cardiovascular so that when it is time for you to go to preseason you will be ready for whatever is thrown at you. This will work on your endurance as well as your sprint speed.

Set 1

Name/Instructions: SR 20/22: 3 rounds at 20 or 2 rounds at 22
Placing one cone as your start line and another on the 20-yard line or 22-yard line. In 30 seconds, you have to go from the start line to the 20-yard line 3 times. Rest for 30 seconds and repeat. One set is 5 runs, rest for 2 minutes and repeat for the second round.
