Goal: this Active Trail will improve the efficacy of cardiovascular endurance.

Description:

Summary: This trail will challenge you and push you cardiovascularly so that when it is time for you to go to preseason you will be ready for whatever is thrown at you. This will work on your endurance as well as your sprint speed.

Name/Instructions: Timed Running: First round time yourself as you complete 100, 200, 400, 800 (15-second rest in b/w runs and 3 minutes at the end of the last run). Repeat sequence making sure you come at the same time or less as your first round.
